It is communicated by QAP owner through SharePoint News email and then it is also informed in the team meeting later.

Where can you find the documents from Test Authority for a dedicated QAP? *

In QAP folder - 20/21 Ext docs folders

In regional Server QAP folder

Nothing because I can always check with my manager to get updates whenever needed

I will re-verify customer's comments to ensure it is valid and will do the modification to the new version of the report. If it is not valid, I will reach out to Test Authority for more clarification following internal discussion with Experienced / Senior Test Analyst.

How do you ensure the correctness of testcase results (PASS / FAIL) in the test report? *

I will make sure that report is correct by doing self analysis twice and then will send it to customer

I am confident over my certification process knowledge and hence I know the report is correct

Through Peer review process where an authorized senior/experienced team member will do the review of the report prepared by Test Analyst

I trust the report generated by the tool (ex: Perseval Pro or FSDB or SAVVI or Terra etc.,) is always correct
