Security (compulsory)

I am aware that I must abide by confidentiality regarding security matters and that I should report any security incident. I commit to apply Fime’s security rules in my daily work.
Impartiality (compulsory)

I avoid situations in which my individual interests (or the interests of individuals or legal entities I am related or close to, from personal or professional relationship) conflict with those of Fime. If this is unavoidable, I act in accordance with my conscience and with my duty to Fime and I inform my Manager (+ Quality team for record) or the Human Resources Manager in the event of a possible conflict of interests. Some examples of situation where my impartiality could be at risk: A manager hires a relative or a friend without disclosing the personal connection ; An executive signs a partnership with a company in which they hold shares, without disclosing the interest ; An employee regularly receives gifts from a vendor, which unconsciously affects their decisions ; My husband works for a competitor ; I uses to work for one of our current customers ..........

I am aware of the Fime Management System (FMS) and its associated documentation. I commit to act and to perform my work in accordance with its rules and principles.
